Theoretically, taking apple cider vinegar, which is contained in Goli ACV, with antidiabetes drugs might increase the risk of hypoglycemia (i.e., low blood sugar). Apple cider vinegar might reduce fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels and decrease gastric emptying in people with diabetes, which could theoretically, have additive effects on glucose levels when used with antidiabetes drugs.

Here's the simple version: acetohexamide (Dymelor) is an older sulfonylurea pill that lowers your blood sugar by pushing your pancreas to release more insulin. The apple cider vinegar in Goli may, on its own, nudge blood sugar down a little and slow how fast your stomach empties. Stack those two together and the concern is that they could add up, leaving you with low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).

Honestly, this is rated minor and is mostly theoretical. The amount of vinegar in a gummy is small, so a big drop is unlikely. Still, watch for shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or feeling unusually hungry, especially before meals. If you want to try these gummies, check with your pharmacist or doctor first and keep an eye on your readings.
