Theoretically, taking apple cider vinegar, which is contained in Goli ACV, with antidiabetes drugs might increase the risk of hypoglycemia (i.e., low blood sugar). Apple cider vinegar might reduce fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels and decrease gastric emptying in people with diabetes, which could theoretically, have additive effects on glucose levels when used with antidiabetes drugs.

Here's the gist: Trulicity (dulaglutide) already lowers blood sugar and naturally slows how fast your stomach empties. Apple cider vinegar may nudge things in the same direction, gently lowering blood sugar and also slowing stomach emptying. Stack the two together and, in theory, you could get a little extra blood-sugar-lowering effect.

I want to be honest though, this is mostly theoretical, and each Goli gummy carries only a small amount of vinegar, so a big drop is unlikely from the gummies alone. Still, it's smart to know the signs of low blood sugar (shakiness, sweating, dizziness, confusion). If you notice those, or you also take insulin or a sulfonylurea, check in with your pharmacist or doctor before adding these gummies.

What Is Dulaglutide Injection Used For?

Brand name: Trulicity

Trulicity (dulaglutide) injection is used alongside diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults and children 10 years and older with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is not for type 1 diabetes.

Trulicity is also used in adults with type 2 diabetes who have established cardiovascular disease or multiple cardiovascular risk factors to lower the risk of major heart events — specifically cardiovascular death, non-fatal heart attack, or non-fatal stroke.
