Theoretically, taking apple cider vinegar, which is contained in Goli ACV, with antidiabetes drugs might increase the risk of hypoglycemia (i.e., low blood sugar). Apple cider vinegar might reduce fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels and decrease gastric emptying in people with diabetes, which could theoretically, have additive effects on glucose levels when used with antidiabetes drugs.

Here's the simple version: troglitazone (Rezulin) is a diabetes medicine that helps your body use insulin better and bring blood sugar down. Apple cider vinegar, the active part of these Goli gummies, may also nudge blood sugar a little lower and slow how fast your stomach empties. Stack the two together and the worry is that your blood sugar could dip a bit too far, which we call hypoglycemia.

Honestly though, this is rated as a minor, mostly theoretical concern, and each gummy contains only a small amount of vinegar. If you do notice signs of low blood sugar (shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or feeling foggy), treat it and check in with your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.
