These two interact in 2 distinct ways. Each one is explained separately below.
Why Are There 2 Interactions?
Grape interacts with whole categories of medication. Caffeine , Sodium Benzoate falls into 2 of those categories, so it can interact with Grape in 2 different ways. We’ve listed each one below — your overall risk is driven by the most serious of them (Moderate).
CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES
1 of 2Why this applies to Caffeine , Sodium Benzoate
Caffeine , Sodium Benzoate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Grape interacts with.
A small pharmacokinetic study in healthy adults shows that ingestion of 200 mL of grape juice decreases phenacetin plasma levels. This is thought to be due to induction of CYP1A2.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
The active part of this medicine is plain caffeine (the sodium benzoate just helps it dissolve). Your liver clears caffeine using an enzyme called CYP1A2. There is some early evidence that grape juice may slightly speed up that enzyme, which could clear caffeine a touch faster and make its effects a little weaker or shorter.
In real life this would be a mild effect, and you might just notice the caffeine feels less stimulating than usual. Keep in mind this comes from one small study using a different drug, so it is mostly theoretical for caffeine. Everyday grapes are very unlikely to cause trouble. If you use a concentrated grape supplement regularly, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor.

CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
2 of 2Caffeine , Sodium Benzoate also falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES.
In vitro evidence suggests that grape seed extract might inhibit CYP3A4 enzymes. However, evidence from animal research shows that grape seed extract may induce CYP3A4 in the liver. So far, these interactions have not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the honest picture with grape seed extract and your caffeine and sodium benzoate. This supplement may bump into the liver enzyme called CYP3A4, which helps process caffeine. The catch is that the science pulls in two directions: lab studies hint grape seed extract could slow that enzyme (which might let caffeine linger and cause jitteriness, a racing heart, or trouble sleeping), while animal studies suggest it could speed the enzyme up (making caffeine wear off faster).
Right now this has not actually been seen in people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Eating grapes is no concern at all. If you take a concentrated grape seed supplement, just give your pharmacist a heads-up so we can keep an eye on how you feel.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Caffeine , Sodium Benzoate page
“Caffeine and sodium benzoate is itself a stimulant medication, so the supplements most likely to cause trouble are the ones doing the same job. Seven of the 208 ingredients on file rate major, several of them stimulant herbs such as ephedra that can pile extra blood pressure and heart strain onto a drug already revving the nervous system.”
