Stack the two together and the effects can add up, meaning your sugar could drop lower than you expect.

If that happens, you might notice shakiness, sweating, a racing heart, confusion, or feeling lightheaded, the classic signs of low blood sugar. The evidence here is modest, mostly from small or lower-quality studies, so this isn't a reason to panic. But it's worth checking your readings more often if you add guarumo, and please loop in your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything, since your insulin dose might need a tweak.
