Here's the practical takeaway: Reyvow (lasmiditan) already tends to make people drowsy and a little foggy or dizzy. In fact, the label warns against driving for at least 8 hours after a dose. Guarumo, in an animal study, showed its own calming, sedative effect on the nervous system. So the concern is simple: stacking the two together could make the sleepiness, lightheadedness, and slowed reactions worse.

I want to be honest about the evidence, though. This is based on animal data and is theoretical, not proven in people, so I wouldn't panic over it. But since both can slow you down, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially before you plan to drive.

Brand name: Reyvow

Reyvow (lasmiditan) is used to treat migraine attacks in adults, whether or not the migraine comes with an aura (visual or sensory symptoms that can appear before or during the headache). It is taken when a migraine starts — not used daily to prevent migraines from happening.

Reyvow is not intended for preventive (daily) migraine therapy. It is meant to stop an attack that has already begun.
