Alogliptin, Pioglitazone falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Hemp Agrimony interacts with.

Hemp agrimony contains hepatotoxic pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PA). Theoretically, using hemp agrimony with hepatotoxic drugs might have additive adverse effects on the liver. Some drugs that can adversely affect the liver include acetaminophen (Tylenol and others), amiodarone (Cordarone), carbamazepine (Tegretol), isoniazid (INH), methotrexate (Rheumatrex), methyldopa (Aldomet), fluconazole (Diflucan), itraconazole (Sporanox), erythromycin (Erythrocin, Ilosone, others), phenytoin (Dilantin), lovastatin (Mevacor), pravastatin (Pravachol), simvastatin (Zocor), and many others.

Here's the concern with combining hemp agrimony and Oseni (alogliptin plus pioglitazone). Hemp agrimony can contain natural compounds called pyrrolizidine alkaloids that may be hard on your liver. Pioglitazone, the second ingredient in Oseni, is also one of the diabetes medicines that can occasionally stress the liver. Stacking the two could, in theory, add up and put more strain on that organ.

I want to be honest: this caution is based on how these things work, not on real cases in people, so the evidence is weak. Still, since most experts already advise against taking hemp agrimony internally because of liver safety, I'd skip it. Watch for yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness, and check with your doctor or pharmacist first.
