Higenamine + Pentoxifylline
Pentoxifylline brand name: Trental.
Higenamine has a moderate interaction with Pentoxifylline. Theoretically, higenamine might increase the risk of bleeding or bruising when taken with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.

ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Pentoxifylline
Pentoxifylline falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Higenamine interacts with.
Animal research shows that higenamine inhibits platelet aggregation and reduces the size of thrombus formation.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the thing about pairing higenamine with pentoxifylline (Trental): both of them can make your blood a little less likely to clot. Pentoxifylline already works by thinning your blood and making it flow more easily through small vessels. Higenamine, in animal studies, seems to keep platelets from sticking together too. Stack those two effects and you could, in theory, see easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that take longer to stop.
I want to be honest though, this concern is theoretical and comes mostly from lab and animal research, not human studies. It's not a sure thing. Still, since higenamine products are poorly regulated, I'd run this by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and mention any unusual bruising or bleeding.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Pentoxifylline page
“Pentoxifylline (Trental) improves blood flow in people with poor leg circulation partly by making platelets less sticky, so treat this list as one to read carefully rather than skim. Of the 218 supplements on file, 202 can also slow clotting, which means adding them stacks bleeding risk on bleeding risk.”

About Higenamine
What is Higenamine?
- Weight loss and fat burning
- Pre-workout energy and performance
- Appetite suppression
- Athletic stimulant
- Traditional medicine remedies
Higenamine is a plant-based stimulant compound added to many weight-loss and pre-workout supplements, but there is very little human evidence that it works and real concerns about heart and blood pressure effects. It is banned in sports by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), and product labels often list inaccurate amounts, so most people should approach it with caution and talk to a pharmacist or doctor first.
About Pentoxifylline
What Is Pentoxifylline Used For?
Brand name: Trental
Pentoxifylline Extended-Release Tablets are used to treat intermittent claudication — leg pain, cramping, or fatigue that happens during walking because narrowed arteries aren't delivering enough blood to the muscles. The underlying cause is chronic occlusive arterial disease, a condition where the arteries in the limbs become blocked or narrowed over time.
Pentoxifylline can help improve walking distance and reduce symptoms, but it is not a substitute for procedures that physically open or bypass blocked arteries when those treatments are needed.
