Here's the honest picture. The interaction on file pairs Horny Goat Weed with blood-pressure-lowering medicines because lab and animal studies hint the herb might lower blood pressure on its own. The worry is that stacking two blood-pressure-lowering effects could leave you feeling dizzy or lightheaded. But I want to be clear: this effect has never actually been seen in people, so it's a theoretical concern only.

The catch with your specific question is that Urea (Ureaphil) isn't really a blood pressure drug at all. It's an osmotic agent used to reduce pressure in the brain or eyes, not to treat hypertension. So this particular warning doesn't fit Urea well. Still, since safety data on this herb is thin, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
