Gliclazide falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Hydrazine Sulfate interacts with.

Theoretically, taking hydrazine sulfate concomitantly with antidiabetes drugs could increase the risk for hypoglycemia.
Animal research shows that hydrazine sulfate lowers blood glucose. Hypoglycemia has also been reported in some patients taking hydrazine sulfate during clinical studies. Monitor blood glucose levels closely.

Here's the short version: Gliclazide already lowers your blood sugar, and hydrazine sulfate appears to push it down too. Animal studies and a few reports in people taking hydrazine sulfate during cancer research showed lower glucose readings. So combining the two could stack their effects and leave you with too much sugar-lowering at once.

For Gliclazide that means a higher chance of hypoglycemia, with symptoms like shakiness, sweating, a fast heartbeat, confusion, or feeling faint. Keep in mind this concern is largely theoretical and the evidence is limited. Separately, hydrazine sulfate hasn't been shown to help cancer and carries real nerve and liver risks. Please don't start or stop anything on your own. Talk it through with your doctor or pharmacist and check your blood sugar closely.
