Dr. Brian Staiger explains PharmD, Clinical Pharmacist

Here's the concern with combining hydrazine sulfate and Lyumjev (insulin lispro-aabc). Lyumjev is a fast-acting mealtime insulin, so its whole job is to bring your blood sugar down. Hydrazine sulfate appears to lower blood sugar on its own (we've seen this in animal studies and in some people during clinical trials), so stacking the two could push your sugar down too far.

If that happens, you might feel shaky, sweaty, dizzy, confused, or get a pounding heartbeat, and a severe low can be dangerous. Keep in mind this evidence is fairly limited and partly theoretical. I'd also remind you that hydrazine sulfate isn't proven to help cancer and carries real nerve and liver risks. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist before mixing these, and monitor your blood sugar closely.
