Nateglinide falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Hydrazine Sulfate interacts with.

Theoretically, taking hydrazine sulfate concomitantly with antidiabetes drugs could increase the risk for hypoglycemia.
Animal research shows that hydrazine sulfate lowers blood glucose. Hypoglycemia has also been reported in some patients taking hydrazine sulfate during clinical studies. Monitor blood glucose levels closely.

Here's the concern with pairing these two. Nateglinide (Starlix) already works by pushing your pancreas to release insulin around mealtime, which lowers your blood sugar. Hydrazine sulfate seems to lower blood sugar too, based on animal studies and a few reports of low blood sugar in people taking it. So stacking them together could nudge your sugar down too far, raising the risk of hypoglycemia.

That can show up as shakiness, sweating, dizziness, a racing heart, confusion, or feeling faint. I'll be honest though, this is largely theoretical, and hydrazine sulfate itself isn't a proven or recommended cancer therapy. Please don't start or stop anything on your own. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist, and if you do use both, check your blood sugar closely.

What Is Nateglinide Used For?

Brand name: Starlix

Nateglinide tablets are used to help improve blood sugar (glucose) control in adults with type 2 diabetes. It is always used together with diet and exercise — not as a replacement for them.

Nateglinide is not for type 1 diabetes, and it is not used to treat diabetic ketoacidosis (a serious complication where the blood becomes dangerously acidic).
