Glofitamab-gxbm falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Lychee interacts with.

Theoretically, lychee might reduce the effectiveness of immunosuppressant drugs.
In vitro, flavonoids extracted from lychee show immunostimulant effects. So far, this effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for Columvi (glofitamab). This one is a lab-only, theoretical concern, so I don't want you to worry too much. In test-tube studies, certain plant compounds in lychee (mostly flavonoids from the peel and seed) seemed to give the immune system a little nudge to be more active. Since glofitamab works by steering your own T-cells to attack lymphoma cells, the idea is that anything revving up the immune system might theoretically interfere with how the treatment is meant to work. Importantly, this has never actually been seen in real patients.

Eating fresh lychee as a food is very different from taking concentrated extracts, and the fruit itself is unlikely to cause trouble. Still, glofitamab is a serious cancer therapy, so please run any lychee supplements or extracts past your oncology team before using them.
