STIMULANT DRUGS
Why this applies to Hydrocodone, Pseudoephedrine, Chlorpheniramine
Hydrocodone, Pseudoephedrine, Chlorpheniramine falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Methylsynephrine interacts with.
Some stimulant drugs include amphetamine, caffeine, diethylpropion (Tenuate), methylphenidate, phentermine (Ionamin), pseudoephedrine (Sudafed, others), and many others.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the piece that matters with Zutripro: it already contains pseudoephedrine, which is itself a stimulant that bumps up heart rate and blood pressure. Methylsynephrine is another stimulant that acts a lot like adrenaline. Stacking the two means you're essentially pushing on the same gas pedal twice, and theoretically that could raise your blood pressure more than expected or trigger a racing or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, or even chest discomfort.
To be fair, this concern is based on how these ingredients work rather than on solid studies, so it's more caution than proven danger. Still, methylsynephrine isn't an approved or safe supplement to begin with, so I'd steer clear of it. If you take any stimulant-containing cold product, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.

About Methylsynephrine
What is Methylsynephrine?
- Weight loss and fat burning
- Boosting energy
- Athletic and workout performance
- Appetite control
Methylsynephrine (also called oxilofrine) is a synthetic stimulant sometimes added to weight-loss and pre-workout products, but it is not a legal or approved dietary ingredient in the United States. It has been linked to serious heart and blood pressure problems, and there is no good evidence it is safe or effective for these uses, so it is best avoided.
