Here's the thing to know about Azstarys (serdexmethylphenidate and dexmethylphenidate): it's already a stimulant that nudges your heart rate and blood pressure up on its own. Methylsynephrine is also a stimulant, one that acts like adrenaline in your body. So this isn't about one changing how the other is broken down. It's about stacking two stimulants on top of each other, and the effects can add up.

Put them together and you could see a faster or pounding heartbeat, a jump in blood pressure, jitteriness, or chest discomfort. I'd want you to steer clear of this combo. Honestly, methylsynephrine isn't even a legal supplement ingredient here, and it's been tied to serious heart problems. Please run any product like this by your pharmacist or doctor first.

Azstarys (serdexmethylphenidate/dexmethylphenidate) is approved to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in patients 6 years of age and older. It is not recommended for children younger than 6 because they experience higher drug levels in the blood and more side effects at the same doses used in older patients.
