Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Infliximab-Qbtx
Infliximab-Qbtx falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Noni interacts with.
There is concern that noni might cause hepatotoxicity in some patients. Advise patients against combining noni with potentially hepatotoxic drugs.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: Infliximab-Qbtx (Ixifi) is a biologic medicine used for conditions like Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriasis. On its own, it can occasionally stress the liver, which is why your doctor usually checks your liver enzymes during treatment. Noni juice or supplements have also been linked, in rare reports, to liver trouble. So the worry isn't a chemical clash, it's that two things that can each bother the liver might add up.
This is mostly a theoretical concern based on scattered case reports, not strong proof, so please don't panic. Still, since this is a real liver-load question, talk with your pharmacist or doctor before adding noni, especially if you've had any liver issues. Watch for yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, or unusual tiredness.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Infliximab-Qbtx page
“The supplements on this list pull against infliximab-qbtx (Ixifi) in two distinct ways, and both deserve genuine concern. Ixifi works by suppressing an overactive immune system to treat conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and Crohn's disease, so the largest group here, dozens of immune-stimulating herbs and mushrooms, could work direc…”

Noni is a tropical fruit used widely in folk medicine and sold mostly as a juice or supplement, but solid human evidence for its many claimed benefits is limited. While moderate juice intake is generally well tolerated, there are rare reports of liver problems, and it should be avoided in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Talk with your pharmacist or doctor before using it, especially if you have kidney or liver disease.
