Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to tislelizumab-jsgr
tislelizumab-jsgr falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Noni interacts with.
There is concern that noni might cause hepatotoxicity in some patients. Advise patients against combining noni with potentially hepatotoxic drugs.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the concern with pairing Noni juice or capsules with your Tevimbra (tislelizumab) infusions. Both can be tough on the liver. Tislelizumab is an immunotherapy drug, and one of its known side effects is inflammation of the liver (immune-related hepatitis), which shows up as rising liver enzymes on your blood work. Noni, though usually well tolerated, has been linked in rare case reports to liver injury too. Stacking two things that can stress the liver may add up.
To be clear, this is a theoretical, anecdotal caution, not something proven to happen often. Still, since your care team already watches your liver closely during treatment, it's smart to check with your oncologist or pharmacist before adding Noni. Please don't change your infusions on your own.

Noni is a tropical fruit used widely in folk medicine and sold mostly as a juice or supplement, but solid human evidence for its many claimed benefits is limited. While moderate juice intake is generally well tolerated, there are rare reports of liver problems, and it should be avoided in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Talk with your pharmacist or doctor before using it, especially if you have kidney or liver disease.
