Here's the thing to know about Firdapse (amifampridine): one of its known side effects is that it can lower the seizure threshold, meaning it can make seizures a bit more likely in people who are prone to them. Rauwolscine, the stimulant in many fat-burner and pre-workout products, appears to do something similar. In animal studies, it lowered the seizure threshold too. So stacking the two together could, in theory, add up and raise the chance of a seizure.

I'll be honest with you, this concern is based on lab and animal research, not strong human studies, so it isn't a sure thing. Still, since both can nudge in the same direction, I'd run this combo past your neurologist or pharmacist before mixing them.
