Theoretically, taking rauwolscine with seizure threshold lowering drugs might increase the risk of adverse convulsant effects.
In animal research, intraperitoneal rauwolscine lowered the seizure threshold level of the drug metrazol.

Here's the gist with Percodan (the aspirin and oxycodone combo) and rauwolscine. The opioid part, oxycodone, can lower your seizure threshold, especially at higher doses or in people already prone to seizures. Rauwolscine is a stimulant that, in animal lab studies only, made seizures easier to trigger. Put the two together and the worry is a slightly higher chance of a convulsion. To be clear, this is theoretical and based on animal data, not human reports, so I don't want to alarm you.

Still, mixing a stimulant with an opioid is a rough combo on its own (jittery heart, blood pressure swings, plus opioid drowsiness). Please run this past your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

The Percodan you're asking about combines aspirin with oxycodone, and it's the oxycodone part that matters here. Your body uses an enzyme called CYP2D6 to turn oxycodone into oxymorphone, a more potent painkilling form. Rauwolscine is a cousin of yohimbine, and lab studies suggest yohimbine can slow down that same enzyme. So in theory, less oxycodone might get converted, which could mean slightly weaker pain relief for some people.

I want to stress this is theoretical, based only on test-tube data, so it may not show up in real life at all. There's a bigger practical concern: rauwolscine is a stimulant that raises heart rate, blood pressure, and anxiety, while opioids can do the opposite, so mixing them stresses your system. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

Percodan is a combination of aspirin and oxycodone. The piece that matters here is the aspirin part, because aspirin already thins your blood a bit by keeping platelets from clumping together. That's actually how it helps protect the heart, but it also means you can bruise or bleed more easily.

The concern with rauwolscine is theoretical. In lab studies, the related compound yohimbine slowed platelet clumping too. So on paper, stacking rauwolscine on top of aspirin could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher. We don't have solid human proof of this, so don't panic. Still, watch for easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
