Theoretically, taking rauwolscine with seizure threshold lowering drugs might increase the risk of adverse convulsant effects.
In animal research, intraperitoneal rauwolscine lowered the seizure threshold level of the drug metrazol.

Here's the concern with pairing rauwolscine and flumazenil (Romazicon). Flumazenil is the reversal agent given to flip off the effects of benzodiazepines, and one of its known risks is that it can lower the seizure threshold, meaning seizures become a bit easier to trigger, especially in people who use benzos regularly or have certain overdoses. Rauwolscine, a yohimbine-like stimulant, may also nudge that threshold lower based on animal lab data. Stacked together, the worry is a slightly higher chance of convulsions.

To be fair, this is theoretical and comes only from animal research, so it's not a strong red flag. Also, flumazenil isn't something you take at home, it's given by clinicians. Still, mention any stimulant supplements to your medical team so they can keep you safe.

Rauwolscine (alpha-yohimbine) is a stimulant alkaloid closely related to yohimbine that is marketed mainly in fat-burning and pre-workout supplements.
