Here's the basic idea. Both rauwolscine (the stimulant in some fat-burner and pre-workout products) and an opioid like heroin can, in theory, make the brain a little more prone to seizures. When you put two things together that each can lower that seizure threshold, the worry is that the combination might make a convulsion more likely than either one alone.

I want to be straight with you, though: the evidence here is weak. It comes from animal lab work, not from people, so this is more of a theoretical caution than a proven danger. The bigger, very real concern with heroin is its own serious risks, slowed breathing, sedation, overdose, and the unpredictable purity of street drugs. Please talk openly with a doctor or pharmacist about safe options.

Rauwolscine (alpha-yohimbine) is a stimulant alkaloid closely related to yohimbine that is marketed mainly in fat-burning and pre-workout supplements.
