I'll be direct with you: combining GHB with heroin is one of the most dangerous mixes there is. Both drugs powerfully slow down your brain and your breathing, just through different doorways. GHB works on GABA-B receptors and its own receptors, while heroin acts on opioid receptors. When you stack two heavy sedatives like this, their effects don't just add up, they can pile on top of each other.

The real danger here is that your breathing can slow down or stop entirely. Other warning signs include deep sedation, unconsciousness, a slow heartbeat, and coma. This combination can be fatal, and overdoses often happen fast. Neither of these is a safe substance to use, and there is no safe way to combine them. GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyrate) is a powerful central nervous system depressant that is NOT a safe dietary supplement. In the U.S. it is a controlled substance, and only a tightly regulated prescription form (sodium oxybate) is legal for narcolepsy. Non-prescription GHB can cause coma, breathing failure, and death, and it is also a known 'date-rape' drug — it should not be taken outside of medical supervision.
