STIMULANT DRUGS
Why this applies to Pseudoephedrine, Terfenadine
Pseudoephedrine, Terfenadine falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Rauwolscine interacts with.
Rauwolscine has demonstrated stimulant effects in animal research.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
This combination product contains pseudoephedrine, a decongestant that is itself a mild stimulant. It works by nudging your body to release norepinephrine, the same natural "go" chemical that rauwolscine appears to ramp up. So you are essentially stacking two things that push in the same direction. On paper, taking them together could add up to a faster heart rate, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, or feeling anxious or shaky.
Keep in mind this warning is theoretical and comes mostly from animal studies, so it is more of a caution than a proven problem. Still, if you have any heart issues or high blood pressure, I would run this past your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Pseudoephedrine, Terfenadine page
“Teldafen pairs the decongestant pseudoephedrine with terfenadine, an older antihistamine known for disturbing heart rhythm, so I read this list with real seriousness and you should too. The riskiest entries either stretch the heart's QT interval further, which is how dangerous arrhythmias begin (grapefruit in large amounts is one), or…”
