Here's the connection worth knowing about. Thiothixene (Navane) is an older antipsychotic that can, on its own, lower the seizure threshold a bit, meaning it can make the brain slightly more prone to a seizure in people who are already at risk. Rauwolscine, a stimulant found in fat-burner and pre-workout products, may do something similar. Stack the two together and, in theory, you could nudge that risk a little higher.

I want to be honest about the strength of this: it comes from animal research, not human studies, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Still, rauwolscine can also crank up heart rate, blood pressure, and anxiety, which isn't ideal when you're managing a mental health condition. Please run this combo by your doctor or pharmacist before mixing them.
