Rauwolscine + Trazodone
Trazodone brand names: Desyrel, Oleptro.
Rauwolscine has a moderate interaction with Trazodone. Theoretically, rauwolscine might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2D6.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Trazodone
Trazodone falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Rauwolscine interacts with.
Rauwolscine is structurally related to yohimbine. In vitro research shows that yohimbine inhibits CYP2D6 enzyme activity.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist if you take trazodone along with a rauwolscine-based fat burner or pre-workout. Trazodone is partly cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP2D6. Lab research on yohimbine (rauwolscine's close cousin) suggests it may slow that enzyme down. In theory, that could let a little more trazodone build up in your body, which might mean more of its usual effects like drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, or lightheadedness when you stand up.
I want to be honest though: this is only a theoretical concern based on test-tube data, not real patient reports, so it may not amount to much. There's also a bigger-picture worry, since both trazodone and rauwolscine affect mood and the nervous system, and rauwolscine can raise heart rate and blood pressure. Please run this combo by your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.

Rauwolscine (alpha-yohimbine) is a stimulant alkaloid closely related to yohimbine that is marketed mainly in fat-burning and pre-workout supplements.
