Polythiazide, Prazosin falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Rehmannia interacts with.

Theoretically, rehmannia might increase the risk of hypotension when taken with antihypertensive drugs.
Animal research shows that rehmannia may have hypotensive effects. Laboratory research shows that formulations of dried and processed rehmannia root inhibit angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE).

Minizide is a combination pill that lowers blood pressure two ways: polythiazide is a water pill, and prazosin relaxes blood vessels. So you're already getting a steady push toward lower pressure. Here's the concern with rehmannia: in animal and lab studies (not human trials yet), it appeared to lower blood pressure on its own, possibly by acting a bit like an ACE inhibitor.

Stacked together, the worry is that your pressure could dip too low. With prazosin especially, watch for dizziness, lightheadedness, or feeling faint when you stand up quickly. Honestly though, this is theoretical and weakly supported, so don't panic. Just give your pharmacist or doctor a heads-up before adding rehmannia, and stand up slowly to be safe.
