Dicumarol is a blood thinner that works a lot like warfarin, slowing down your body's ability to form clots. The concern here is simple: saw palmetto has been reported to lengthen bleeding time on its own, so pairing it with Dicumarol could in theory nudge your bleeding risk a bit higher than the Dicumarol alone.

If that happened, you might notice things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that take longer to stop. I want to be honest, though: this is based on anecdotal reports, not strong studies, so it's more of a theoretical caution. Still, because Dicumarol is a finicky drug where small shifts matter, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
