Nebivolol Hydrochloride, Valsartan falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Schisandra interacts with.

Theoretically, schisandra might decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP2C9 substrates.
In vitro and animal research suggests that schisandra induces CYP2C9 enzymes. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Byvalson combines two blood pressure medicines: nebivolol (a beta-blocker) and valsartan (an ARB). The valsartan part is partly handled by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. In lab dishes and animal studies, schisandra seemed to speed that enzyme up. If the same thing happened in people, your body could clear valsartan a little faster, which in theory might soften the blood pressure benefit slightly.

Here's my honest take: this is only a theoretical concern. It has never actually been seen in humans, and we have no good evidence it matters in real life. Still, since this medicine controls your blood pressure, I'd keep an eye on your readings and mention the schisandra to your pharmacist or doctor before adding it.
