Atropine, meperidine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Schizonepeta interacts with.

Animal research suggests that schizonepetin, a monoterpene constituent of schizonepeta, inhibits cytochrome P450 (CYP) 2D6. Theoretically, schizonepeta might increase the effects and side effects of CYP2D6 substrates.
Some substrates of CYP2D6 include amitriptyline (Elavil), codeine, desipramine (Norpramin), flecainide (Tambocor), haloperidol (Haldol), imipramine (Tofranil), metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL), ondansetron (Zofran), paroxetine (Paxil), risperidone (Risperdal), tramadol (Ultram), venlafaxine (Effexor), and others.

Here's the gist for meperidine (the pain reliever in this combo): your liver uses an enzyme called CYP2D6 to help process it. Schizonepeta, in lab and animal studies, appears to slow that enzyme down a little. The thought is that if meperidine clears more slowly, you could feel its effects more strongly, things like extra drowsiness, dizziness, constipation, low blood pressure, or slowed breathing. The atropine piece isn't really handled by this enzyme, so the meperidine side is what to watch.

I'll be honest, this is theoretical and only based on lab and animal work, not real people, so it may not amount to much in practice. Still, since meperidine is a potent opioid, I'd run any schizonepeta use past your pharmacist or doctor first.
