Schizonepeta + Buprenorphine, Naloxone
Buprenorphine, Naloxone brand names: Zubsolv, Cassipa.
Schizonepeta has a moderate interaction with Buprenorphine, Naloxone. Animal research suggests that schizonepetin, a monoterpene constituent of schizonepeta, induces cytochrome P450 (CYP) 3A4.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Buprenorphine, Naloxone
Buprenorphine, Naloxone falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Schizonepeta interacts with.
Some substrates of CYP3A4 include lovastatin (Mevacor), ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), fexofenadine (Allegra), triazolam (Halcion), and numerous others.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the quick version for Zubsolv or Cassipa (buprenorphine/naloxone). The buprenorphine part is mainly cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Animal and lab studies hint that a compound in Schizonepeta may speed that enzyme up, which could in theory help your body break buprenorphine down a bit faster. If that happened, you might notice your medicine feeling weaker, with possible early withdrawal-type symptoms like cravings, restlessness, sweating, or a runny nose.
The honest truth is this is very weak evidence, based only on animal and test-tube work, not real people, so it may not matter at all in practice. Still, since this medication is doing important work for you, I wouldn't add Schizonepeta without checking with your prescriber or pharmacist first. Don't change your dose on your own.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Buprenorphine, Naloxone page
“Anything else that sedates is the biggest hazard alongside buprenorphine and naloxone (Zubsolv, Cassipa). Alcohol is rated a major interaction because it deepens an opioid's drowsiness and can slow breathing, and 78 of the 199 ingredients here share that sedating pull, from kava to ordinary sleep aids.”
