Schizonepeta + Dutasteride, Tamsulosin
Dutasteride, Tamsulosin brand name: Jalyn.
Schizonepeta has a moderate interaction with Dutasteride, Tamsulosin. Animal research suggests that schizonepetin, a monoterpene constituent of schizonepeta, induces cytochrome P450 (CYP) 3A4.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Dutasteride, Tamsulosin
Dutasteride, Tamsulosin falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Schizonepeta interacts with.
Some substrates of CYP3A4 include lovastatin (Mevacor), ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), fexofenadine (Allegra), triazolam (Halcion), and numerous others.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Jalyn combines two medicines, and your liver clears both of them partly through an enzyme called CYP3A4. Schizonepeta may gently speed that enzyme up. If it does, your body could break these drugs down a bit faster, which in theory means slightly less benefit. For the tamsulosin piece, that might look like your urine stream not flowing as freely or more nighttime trips to the bathroom. The dutasteride piece works very slowly over months, so any small change there is hard to notice day to day.
Here's the honest part: this concern comes only from lab and animal studies, not from people, so it's quite theoretical and likely minor. Still, it's worth a quick word with your pharmacist or doctor before adding this herb.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Dutasteride, Tamsulosin page
“Men taking Jalyn (dutasteride and tamsulosin) for an enlarged prostate should treat this list as a serious one, starting with its three major entries. Grapefruit juice can raise tamsulosin levels, and more alpha blocker in the blood means more dizziness and blood pressure drops when standing.”
