Aspirin, Dipyridamole falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Selenium interacts with.

Selenium may have antiplatelet effects and may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Clinical research suggests that taking selenium 10 mcg/kg/day can increase bleeding times by increasing prostacyclin production, which inhibits platelet activity. Other clinical research suggests that taking selenium 75 mcg daily, in combination with ascorbic acid 600 mg, alpha-tocopherol 300 mg, and beta-carotene 27 mg, reduces platelet aggregation.

Aggrenox is already a double dose of blood-thinning power, since it pairs aspirin with dipyridamole, both of which make your platelets less sticky to help prevent clots and strokes. Selenium isn't a blood thinner in the usual sense, but in some lab and clinical research it seems to nudge platelets in the same direction, partly by boosting a substance called prostacyclin that keeps platelets from clumping.

Stacked on top of Aggrenox, that could add a little to your bleeding risk. Things to watch for would be easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that are slow to stop. The evidence here is fairly weak and mostly from lab studies, and normal dietary selenium is very unlikely to matter. Higher supplement doses are the bigger question, so check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding one.
