Methamphetamine falls under SEROTONERGIC DRUGS — the group St. John's Wort interacts with.

Theoretically, St. John's wort might inhibit reuptake and increase levels of serotonin, resulting in additive effects with serotonergic drugs.
Concomitant use of serotonergic drugs with St. John's wort can lead to increased adverse effects and increase the risk of serotonergic side effects, including serotonin syndrome and cerebral vasoconstriction disorders.

Here's the thing to keep in mind if you take prescription methamphetamine (Desoxyn): both this medicine and St. John's wort can push up serotonin, one of the brain's signaling chemicals. Stack them together and those effects can add up, which raises the odds of serotonin-related problems like agitation, a racing or pounding heart, sweating, tremor, high blood pressure, and in rarer cases a serious reaction called serotonin syndrome.

I'll be honest with you, this concern is theoretical and based on how these two work, not on a pile of real-world cases. Still, since methamphetamine is already a strong stimulant, I wouldn't combine them on your own. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding St. John's wort.
