Acenocoumarol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Sweet Clover interacts with.

Theoretically, fresh sweet clover might increase the risk of bleeding when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Fresh sweet clover contains coumarinic acids, which are converted to free coumarins during drying. Dicoumarol, which has anticoagulant activity, also has been found in some sweet clover preparations and can be formed if fresh sweet clover is allowed to spoil.

Here's something worth knowing if you take acenocoumarol (Sintrom). This medication is a blood thinner that works by blocking vitamin K, and it's a classic narrow-margin drug, meaning small shifts can tip you toward bleeding or clotting. Sweet clover is interesting because it naturally contains coumarin, and when the plant spoils or ferments it can form dicoumarol, a compound that thins the blood much like your medication does.

So stacking the two could, in theory, add up and push your blood thinning too far. That might show up as easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or darker stools. To be fair, this concern is theoretical and based on the plant's chemistry, not strong human studies. Still, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
