Theoretically, fresh sweet clover might increase the risk of bleeding when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Fresh sweet clover contains coumarinic acids, which are converted to free coumarins during drying. Dicoumarol, which has anticoagulant activity, also has been found in some sweet clover preparations and can be formed if fresh sweet clover is allowed to spoil.

Here's the thing to keep in mind: tirofiban (Aggrastat) is a potent IV blood thinner given in the hospital, usually during heart procedures or for certain heart attacks. It works by stopping platelets from clumping together, so its whole job is to make clotting harder. Sweet clover can carry coumarin compounds, and if the plant has spoiled, it may even contain dicoumarol, which acts like a blood thinner of its own.

Stacking two things that both discourage clotting could, in theory, raise your bleeding risk (think easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding that's slow to stop). To be fair, this concern is theoretical, based on the herb's chemistry rather than real cases. Still, since tirofiban is a hospital drug, always let your care team know about any supplement you take.

Tirofiban hydrochloride injection — available as Aggrastat and under the generic names Tirofiban and Tirofiban Hydrochloride — is used intravenously in people with non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS), a type of unstable heart condition where blood flow to the heart is dangerously reduced.

The goal is to lower the combined risk of death, heart attack (myocardial infarction), or persistent ischemia (insufficient blood flow to the heart) that may require a repeat cardiac procedure.
