Dr. Brian Staiger explains PharmD, Clinical Pharmacist

Here's the piece to pay attention to in your Actifed Plus ES: the acetaminophen (the pain and fever reducer in the combo). Acetaminophen is processed by your liver, and in larger or frequent doses it can stress liver tissue. Testolone (RAD-140) has also been tied to liver injury, including elevated liver enzymes in studies and at least one case report. Putting two things that lean on the liver together could, in theory, add up to more strain on that organ.

To be clear, this concern is mostly theoretical and based on limited evidence, not strong proof. Still, watch for warning signs like yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness. Honestly, Testolone isn't an approved or safe product to begin with, so please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing these.

Testolone (RAD-140) is a synthetic experimental drug called a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM), not a dietary supplement or herb, and it is not approved or proven safe for human use. It is illegally sold for muscle building, has been linked to serious harms including liver injury, and is banned in sports — it should not be taken outside of supervised clinical research.
