In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.

Azamune is the brand name for azathioprine, a medicine that calms an overactive immune system. It's used for conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and to help prevent organ transplant rejection. One thing we keep a close eye on with azathioprine is the liver, since it can raise liver enzymes and, in some people, cause liver injury on its own.

Here's the concern with pairing it with Testolone: this isn't really a competition over enzymes, it's that both can be hard on the liver, and that stress may add up. Testolone (RAD-140) has been tied to liver injury and rising liver enzymes in early studies. Stack that on top of azathioprine and you could see more nausea, fatigue, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or worse liver numbers. The evidence here is limited, but Testolone is an unapproved, risky product to begin with. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before mixing the two.
