HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Glyburide, Metformin
Glyburide, Metformin falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the concern with mixing Testolone (RAD-140) and your Glucovance (glyburide and metformin): both can be tough on the liver. Testolone has been tied to real liver injury in a case report, and elevated liver enzymes showed up often in early dose studies. Glyburide and metformin can occasionally affect the liver too, so stacking them together may add up to more strain than either alone.
This isn't a clash in how the drugs are broken down, it's more about overlapping stress on the same organ. Watch for warning signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, nausea, or unusual tiredness. Honestly, Testolone isn't approved or proven safe for people, so please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before going anywhere near it.
