Ixazomib Citrate falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive hepatotoxic effects.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.

Here's the main concern with pairing Testolone (RAD-140) and Ninlaro (ixazomib): both can be hard on your liver. Ixazomib is already known to raise liver enzymes and sometimes cause more serious liver problems, and Testolone has been tied to liver injury in a case report and to elevated liver enzymes in early studies. Stacking two liver stressors together could add up and make liver damage more likely.

This worry is partly theoretical, but it sits on top of real reports for both products. Watch for warning signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness. Also keep in mind Testolone is an unapproved, illegally sold drug. Please talk with your oncologist or pharmacist before combining anything with your myeloma treatment.

What Is Ixazomib Used For?

Brand name: Ninlaro

Ninlaro (ixazomib) is used to treat multiple myeloma — a cancer of plasma cells in the bone marrow. It is always used together with two other medicines, lenalidomide and dexamethasone, and is approved for adults who have already tried at least one other treatment.

Ninlaro is not recommended as maintenance therapy or for newly diagnosed multiple myeloma in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone outside of controlled clinical trials.
