Chlorambucil falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Thuja interacts with.

Thuja products can contains significant amounts of thujone, a neurotoxin. Theoretically, patients taking drugs that lower the seizure threshold might be at greater risk of seizure if they also take thuja. Advise patients taking these drugs to avoid thuja products. Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the connection worth knowing about: chlorambucil (Leukeran) is one of those medications that can lower your seizure threshold, meaning it can make seizures a bit more likely in some people, especially at higher doses. Thuja, particularly the leaf and oil, contains a compound called thujone, which acts as a neurotoxin and may also nudge that seizure risk upward. Put the two together and, in theory, you could be stacking two seizure triggers.

I want to be honest about the evidence here: this is based on anecdotal reports and the known chemistry of thujone, not solid studies, so the real-world risk isn't well defined. Still, with a serious drug like chlorambucil, I'd play it safe and skip concentrated thuja supplements and oil. Please check with your pharmacist or oncologist before adding it.
