Here's the thing to keep in mind: Muromonab-CD3 (Orthoclone OKT3) is a powerful antibody given in the hospital to calm the immune system, usually to stop organ transplant rejection. Thunder God Vine also quiets the immune system, especially in larger or concentrated doses. So the worry here is additive, meaning the two together could dampen your immune defenses more than intended.

What that could look like: a higher chance of infections, which is already a real concern with this medication. I'll be honest, this is a theoretical caution based on how these compounds behave, not proven cases. Still, since this is a strong transplant drug, please don't combine them without your transplant team's okay. Loop in your doctor or pharmacist first.
