Naproxen, Pseudoephedrine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Thunder God Vine interacts with.

Theoretically, thunder god vine might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research shows that triptolide, a constituent of thunder god vine, inhibits CYP1A2 enzymes in human microsomes. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Aleve Cold and Sinus combines naproxen (a pain and inflammation reliever) with pseudoephedrine (a decongestant). The concern here is mostly about the naproxen part. Lab tests show a compound in Thunder God Vine called triptolide can slow down a liver enzyme (CYP1A2) that helps clear certain drugs. If that enzyme runs slower, naproxen could theoretically linger a bit longer and act stronger, which might mean more stomach upset, heartburn, or a higher chance of stomach irritation or bleeding.

I want to be honest though: this has only been seen in a test tube, never confirmed in real people, so the evidence is thin. Still, since Thunder God Vine itself can be risky, please run this combination by your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.
