Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS
Why this applies to Beclomethasone dipropionate
Beclomethasone dipropionate falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Tinospora Cordifolia interacts with.
In vitro and animal research shows that Tinospora cordifolia has immunostimulant effects.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the thinking behind pairing Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia) with your beclomethasone inhaler. Beclomethasone is a corticosteroid that works by calming down swelling and immune activity in your airways. Giloy, on the other hand, has shown immune-boosting effects in lab and animal studies. In theory, those two pull in opposite directions, so Giloy could partly work against what your inhaler is trying to do.
I want to be honest about how soft this concern is: it's based only on test-tube and animal research, not real people taking this exact medicine. Beclomethasone also acts mostly right in the lungs or nose, so a big body-wide clash is unlikely. Still, if you notice more wheezing, coughing, or chest tightness, that's worth mentioning. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before starting Giloy.

Beclomethasone dipropionate HFA inhalation aerosol (the oral inhaler, sold as Qvar Redihaler) is used for the long-term, preventive treatment of asthma in people 5 years of age and older.
