Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIDIABETES DRUGS
Why this applies to Insulin Aspart
Insulin Aspart falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Vanadium interacts with.
A few very small clinical studies in patients with type 2 diabetes show that the vanadyl sulfate form of vanadium increases insulin sensitivity and might lower blood glucose levels.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the gist with vanadium and your fast-acting insulin (Fiasp): vanadium may act a little like insulin in the body and seems to make your cells more sensitive to insulin. Stack that on top of the insulin you're already injecting, and your blood sugar could drop lower than you expect. That can show up as shakiness, sweating, a racing heart, confusion, or in serious cases passing out.
The evidence comes from a few small studies, so this isn't a strong, well-proven interaction, but the direction is reasonable to take seriously. Trace amounts of vanadium from regular food are not a concern, it's the concentrated supplement doses that could matter. Please don't change your insulin on your own. Talk with your pharmacist or doctor before adding vanadium, and keep checking your sugars closely.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Insulin Aspart page
“Every one of the 239 supplements listed for insulin aspart (Fiasp) touches the same thing the drug exists to manage, blood sugar, so this list warrants genuine care rather than a quick skim. Most entries add to insulin's glucose-lowering effect, raising the risk of hypoglycemia, and with a rapid-acting mealtime insulin a low can become…”

About Vanadium
What is Vanadium?
- Blood sugar and diabetes support
- Athletic performance and muscle building
- Lowering cholesterol
- General trace-mineral supplementation
Vanadium is a trace mineral found in tiny amounts in food, and people get plenty from a normal diet. Supplement claims for diabetes, weight, and athletic performance are not well proven, and higher doses can be toxic. Most people do not need to supplement it, and you should check with your doctor or pharmacist before using it.
About Insulin Aspart (rDNA Origin) Injection
What Is Insulin Aspart (rDNA Origin) Injection Used For?
Brand name: Fiasp
Insulin aspart is used to improve blood sugar (glucose) control in people with diabetes mellitus. It is approved for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes in adults, and for diabetes mellitus in pediatric patients.
Insulin Aspart Protamine and Insulin Aspart Mix 70/30 is a pre-mixed product that combines a rapid-acting and an intermediate-acting insulin aspart. It is approved to improve blood sugar control in adult patients with diabetes mellitus. It is not recommended for treating diabetic ketoacidosis, and because its ratio of rapid-acting to intermediate-acting insulin is fixed, it does not allow for separate mealtime versus background dose adjustments.

Insulin Aspart Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Insulin Aspart as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Vanadium — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
