Insulin Aspart falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Jackfruit interacts with.

Theoretically, jackfruit might increase the risk of hypoglycemia when taken with antidiabetes drugs.
Small clinical studies show that jackfruit flour and leaf extract can reduce fasting and postprandial blood glucose. Monitor blood glucose levels closely. Dose adjustments might be necessary.

Here's the thing to keep in mind: insulin aspart (Fiasp) already does the heavy lifting of lowering your blood sugar. Some small studies hint that concentrated jackfruit products, like jackfruit flour or leaf extract, may nudge blood sugar down a little on their own. Stack that on top of your mealtime insulin and, in theory, your sugar could dip lower than you expect.

If that happens, you might feel shaky, sweaty, lightheaded, irritable, or unusually hungry, which are the usual signs of hypoglycemia. This is mostly a theory based on how jackfruit behaves, and a serving of jackfruit as food is unlikely to cause trouble. Concentrated supplements are the bigger question. Don't change your insulin on your own. Just check your numbers a bit more closely and loop in your pharmacist or doctor before starting any jackfruit product.

What Is Insulin Aspart (rDNA Origin) Injection Used For?

Brand name: Fiasp

Insulin aspart is used to improve blood sugar (glucose) control in people with diabetes mellitus. It is approved for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes in adults, and for diabetes mellitus in pediatric patients.

Insulin Aspart Protamine and Insulin Aspart Mix 70/30 is a pre-mixed product that combines a rapid-acting and an intermediate-acting insulin aspart. It is approved to improve blood sugar control in adult patients with diabetes mellitus. It is not recommended for treating diabetic ketoacidosis, and because its ratio of rapid-acting to intermediate-acting insulin is fixed, it does not allow for separate mealtime versus background dose adjustments.
