Here's the simple version: clonazepam already slows down brain activity, which is exactly why it calms seizures and panic. The concern on file is that jackfruit seeds may add a little extra drowsiness on top of that. So in theory, the two together could make you feel sleepier, more lightheaded, or less steady on your feet than the clonazepam alone.

I want to be honest about how strong this is though. This warning comes only from animal research on jackfruit seeds, not human studies. Eating jackfruit as a normal food is very unlikely to cause a problem. Concentrated seed supplements are the bigger unknown. If you want to use one regularly, run it by your pharmacist or doctor first, and never adjust your clonazepam on your own.

What Is Clonazepam Used For?

Brand names: Klonopin, Rivotril, Ceberclon

Clonazepam is approved to treat several types of seizures — including Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (a severe form of epilepsy), akinetic seizures (sudden loss of muscle tone), myoclonic seizures (sudden muscle jerks), and absence seizures (brief lapses of awareness) in patients who haven't responded to other medicines.

It is also approved for panic disorder, with or without agoraphobia (fear of situations that might cause panic). Panic disorder involves repeated, unexpected panic attacks along with ongoing worry about having more attacks.
