Insulin (Human) falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Jackfruit interacts with.

Theoretically, jackfruit might increase the risk of hypoglycemia when taken with antidiabetes drugs.
Small clinical studies show that jackfruit flour and leaf extract can reduce fasting and postprandial blood glucose. Monitor blood glucose levels closely. Dose adjustments might be necessary.

Here's the thing to keep in mind: insulin already lowers your blood sugar, and some small studies suggest jackfruit (especially concentrated flour or leaf extracts) can nudge it down a little further. Put the two together and there's a theoretical chance your sugar could drop lower than you'd expect, which is called hypoglycemia. That can show up as shakiness, sweating, a fast heartbeat, confusion, or feeling lightheaded.

I don't want to alarm you. This concern is based on pharmacology and a few small studies, not strong proof, and eating jackfruit as a normal food is unlikely to cause trouble. Concentrated supplement doses are where I'd pay more attention. If you do use them, check your blood sugar a bit more often and loop in your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.

Novolin (human insulin injection) is used to improve glycemic control — meaning blood sugar management — in adults and children with diabetes mellitus.

Novolin 70/30 is a fixed-ratio mixture of intermediate-acting and short-acting human insulin. Because the ratio is fixed, it cannot be adjusted separately for background (basal) or mealtime (prandial) needs.
