Here's the simple version: Zopiclone is a sleep medicine that already calms your brain and makes you drowsy. The concern with jackfruit is that its seeds may add a little extra sedation on top of that. So in theory, the two together could leave you feeling more groggy, dizzy, or unsteady, with slower thinking the next morning.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. This warning comes only from animal studies, not from people. Eating jackfruit as a normal food is very unlikely to cause a problem. The bigger question would be concentrated jackfruit seed products. If you're thinking about using one of those, run it by your pharmacist or doctor first so they can look at your full picture.
