Talwin Compound combines aspirin with pentazocine, an opioid pain reliever. The pentazocine part already works on your brain and can make you feel drowsy, dizzy, or foggy. The concern here is simple: some animal studies suggest jackfruit seeds may have a mild sedating effect, so in theory pairing them could add to that sleepiness.

I want to be honest that this is weak, theory-based evidence from lab and animal work, not from people. Eating jackfruit as a normal food is very unlikely to cause a problem. The bigger question would be concentrated jackfruit seed supplements. If you take those, watch for extra drowsiness or unsteadiness, avoid driving until you know how you feel, and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.

Aspirin, Pentazocine also falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS.

Theoretically, jackfruit latex might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Jackfruit latex, which is the sap from jackfruit bark, contains chemicals that might increase the risk of bleeding. In vitro research shows that jackfruit latex contains a glycoprotein constituent that prolongs the activated partial thrombin time (aPTT) and reduces the activity of blood coagulation factors XIa and alpha-XIIa. Jackfruit latex also contains a protease constituent that has been shown to have fibrinolytic activity in vitro. Other parts of jackfruit, including the fruit and leaves, have not been shown to contain chemicals with fibrinolytic and anticoagulant activity.

Talwin Compound contains aspirin, which is itself a blood thinner that keeps your platelets from sticking together. The concern here is the latex (the sticky sap from the jackfruit tree's bark), not the sweet fruit you eat. Lab research suggests this latex contains compounds that may slow clotting on their own. Stacked on top of aspirin, that could, in theory, nudge your bleeding risk a bit higher, think easier bruising, nosebleeds, or a cut that's slow to stop.

I want to be honest though: this is based only on test-tube studies, and only the latex showed this, not the everyday fruit. Eating jackfruit as food is very unlikely to cause trouble. If you're using concentrated jackfruit products, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
