Here's the simple version. Doxepin already works by calming brain activity to help you sleep, so it can leave you feeling drowsy, groggy, or a little foggy. The concern on file is that jackfruit seeds might add to that calming effect, meaning you could end up more sedated than you bargained for: deeper morning grogginess, dizziness, or trouble fully waking up.

That said, this is a theoretical worry based only on animal research, not human studies, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Eating jackfruit as a normal food is very unlikely to cause a problem. The bigger question would be concentrated jackfruit seed supplements. If you're considering those, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
